1. RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 onion.
Olive oil.
300 g minced meat.
Salt.
Black pepper.
200 g pumpkin.
8 cherry tomatoes.
2 tbsp tomato paste.
Paprika.
1 red pepper.
1 cucumber.
4 eggs.
Dried garlic.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Parsley.
1. Finely chop 1 onion and fry in olive oil for 3 minutes.
2. Add 200 g minced meat to the onion and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Salt, pepper and mix well.
4. Finely chop 200 g of pumpkin and fry with minced meat.
5. Finely chop 8 cherry tomatoes and fry with minced meat.
6. Add 2 tbsp. tomato paste, paprika and mix well.
7. Finely chop 1 red bell pepper and fry with vegetables and minced meat.
8. Finely chop 1 cucumber and fry with vegetables and minced meat.
9. Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add dried garlic and mix well.
10. Salt, pepper and mix well.
11. Finely chop the parsley, put in a bowl with eggs and mix well.
12. Pour the egg mixture into the vegetables, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
2. RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:

11. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
3. RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
2 potatoes.
500 g minced meat.
2 onions.
1 carrot.
1 red pepper.
Dill.
2 cloves of garlic.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 eggs.
1 red onion.
Parsley.
Dill.
30 ml water.
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon salt.
1. Grate 2 potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze out excess liquid and put in a bowl.
2. Add 500 g of minced meat to the potatoes, mix well and set aside.
3. Grate 2 onions on a coarse grater, put in a bowl with minced meat and mix well.
4. Coarsely grate 1 carrot and put in a bowl with minced meat.
5. Finely chop 1 red pepper and put in a bowl with minced meat.
6. Finely chop dill and put in a bowl with minced meat.
7. Finely grate 2 cloves of garlic and put in a bowl with minced meat.
8. Salt, pepper, break 2 eggs and mix well.
9. Grease a baking tray with olive oil and form patties.
10. Bake at 200 °C for 30-40 minutes.
11. Cut 1 red onion into half rings and place in a bowl.
12. Finely chop the parsley and place in a bowl with the onion.
13. Finely chop the dill and place in a bowl with the onion.
14. Add 50 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
15. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and mix well.
