Tbh I think yours got messed up. I've had mine since Christmas and I've had no problems. I drop them and lose them and I stepped on one. They still work godd

I just bought their more expensive ones, and they did the same thing of only staying connected for about an hour and then they just wouldn't stay connected. They will be going back tomorrow!!
