We have a new Hot Spring following your start up instructions today! Great info. Thank you. With the salt system do we need to add a capful of shock or chlorine to the water after daily use? Should we add any extra chlorine on a reoccurring weekly basis. I’ll also note that we have kids too who will use the hot tub often. Thanks

Once you get the residual set for your chlorine, you should only have to boost your hot tub once a week, but if it ever gets behind, you might have to add some extra chlorine or extra shock. My advice would be at 3 tablespoons of chlorine every day for the first three days to get a good chlorine residual set after the kids use it, I would maybe consider adding a teaspoon or two of chlorine to keep The Hot Tub running smoothly

I am finding it very difficult to buy the Freshwater Salt System Cartridge 3 pack replacements. I can't seem to find it anywhere and when you do find it, there is no price Why is it so difficult and what should someone expect to pay for the three pack? Thanks

They are hard to find online yes. I suggest going back to your purchasing dealer. If that does not work for you, you can email me at [e-mail] and a way to get ahold of you and we plan get some shipped to you. You should be able to buy them for $300-$350 for a 3 pack

good day, question Just bought a grandee hot tub and I'm looking for a sunbrella top cover to cover my cover that came with our spa.....100 by 91 in. are the measurement and i don't know how to obtain one........please help, long time subscriber.................to me its like a shower cap for my cover

I believe Core Covers sells such a thing. It would be a full replacement cover not just a cover for the cover.

I have a rental house that has one of these hot tubs from the hot springs. The house will be having weekly turn overs and will have to completely drain the hot tub between renters, can I just put a few chlorine tabs in the filter bin instead of going through the whole salt process

For a rental situation, I would not do salt. Do not do chlorine tablets. If you want to do something simple, I would do bromine tablets.

I have had more then one circ pump shut down by doing this. As we typically start up 4-6 hot tubs a day and this has been a great solution

@@MacFizzer so you could use any salt. I do not recommend softener salt 🧂. You’ll be happier with the Freshwater salt as it has some anti foaming properties but any salt would do
