Hi HM it could be a couple of reasons, I had that as well when I started out. Just let me ask and make sure that you're not using an iPhone or iPad as the process is different. But I do have a troubleshoot video for this process check it out and see if it helps, also I'm typing out the steps for you below: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mqnVlYaFZsiefcU & beginners guide to Photopea mockup kzbin.info/www/bejne/m4K9kqR4fq6Bms0 For Android & PC steps see if you followed these steps it should appear Step 1 - Download 2D logo from Canva or any software as transparent Step 2 - Go to Photopea.com and click on (option 1) 'Open from computer' to go find your PSD file from where you've saved it and load it on Photopea or (option 2) click on 'PSD Template' on the landing page, click on Mockups, and pick by double-clicking on one of the templates you like - it's free to use. Step 3 - Double click on the checked box where it says 'Your logo here' Step 4 - Click on the eye, still on the layer section to hide the text on the PSD mockup Step 5 - Then, select File > Open & Place (from the main menu) and go find your downloaded 2D logo on downloads / gallery Step 6 - Size and center your logo Step 7 - Click on File > Save as smart object (from the main menu or press CMD/CTRL S from keyboard) Step 8 - Click on the Mockup tab to view your design (first tab on top) Step 9 - Export your 3D logo design as png/jpg Best wishes and let me know how it turns out.

Hi there, I don't understand your question, saving as smart object can be done on Photopea and not Canva. If you want to save quality logos on Canva, try to design using 3000X3000 size and download as SVG file instead of JPG or PNG as that pixelate. Hi there, it could be because you are using an iPhone. If you are, please follow the process on this video as it's different: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZXOgIqmbtSenpY If you are using an Android or laptop, make sure you've followed all the steps below: 👉🏾 PHOTOPEA STEPS Open Photopea - Click on Template to find a PSD template Access Layers & double click on 'Your Logo' and hide the designer's text by clicking on the Eye Click on File Click on Open & Place Find your Transparent logo on your computer and place on canvas (or drag to canvas) Once placed, drag the logo on top of the page, cover the whole page with your Transparent logo Click on File select Save (Smart Object) wait a few moments Click on 3d glass X (First Tab) The 3D logo will appear you can then export it

Hey Md, I so agree with you. Usually these days I download as a SVG and it's clear and no pixelation. If I had to send to a customer I even screenshoot the SVG to have a clear PNG to send. Another alternative would be to use Photoshop if you have it.
