Chicken shawarma:
*For the chicken:
- 3 chicken breast fillets
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp dhania powder
- 1/2 tsp zeera powder
- 1 pinch garam masala
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
*for the fries:
- 2 potatoes cut into fries
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
*for the pickled onion:
- 1 sliced onion
- 2-3 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
*jar of gherkins/pickles
*for the sauce:
- 1/3rd cup mayonnaise
- 1/3rd cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp fresh garlic paste
Gulab jamun:
- 1 cup nido/milk powder
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1/4 cup milk (more if needed)
*for the sheera:
- 1-2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2-3 cardamom pods
- 1 tsp lemon juice
*oil for frying
