Hey, I really love you guys and you’re my new favorites to watch…so, I hope you take this little observation in a positive way…somebody needs to scrub up the outside of the yellow ice chest on the floor…I’m sure the inside is very clean, but the outside would make me hesitate if I didn’t know your absolute clean food handling from watching you guys. It just stands out in your otherwise immaculate food prep area and you change gloves more often than a surgeon. Thanks.

Thanks for the constructive criticism. We have tried many different chemicals to try and remove the stains from the outside of the cooler, even high strength simple green. Any good ideas on what to use to remove the sun baked stains? Thanks❤️

Does it get hot in the trailer?

Yes. The hot days are between 100*F to 110*F. Lots of water to drink in the summer months.

Yes. The thing looks brand new before and after shift. We scrape throughout service and clean between rushes.
