Quick summary of my #1977 #1stedition of #Elvis #Elvispresley subject #book '#Whathappened.' A book by 3 old friends concerned that Elvis was off of the rails by this time .
Sadly they were right as two weeks after it was released Elvis Sadly passed . A tough book to get hold of . I've finally got a copy . Hopefully interesting for anyone interested in the King who hasn't heard of this now old and rare book

I bought this when it first came out and read it within a few days. Steve Dunleavy was well known for distorting facts and the three men who wrote this book said later that much of what they told Steve was blown out of proportion to make Elvis look dreadful. So I took it with a grain of salt, like a lot of other books that have been written about Elvis after he died.
