QUICK TIP TO FIX FORMULER REFRESH AND EPG

Good evening Jeff, I was very excited to test your solution for my EPG-problem. However, I didn't succeed in it because unfortunately I encountered two problems. After completely shutting down the box the EPG still showed only 1 day information, not more. I adjusted the EPG - interval to 7 days according your suggestion. The second problem that after starting up my Formuler this morning it showed that there was no internet-connection. I use wifi because I have not the possibility using a fixed ethernet cable. Sorry Jeff for this disappointing message. Do you please have any further advice how to solve my problems? I would be very grateful an I like hearing from you. Best regards, Eric Velthoven

​@@Eric-kx7to Do you connect to your provider using the MAC adress of your box? If so, try this. Go to content manager > content sources > edit. Change EPG mode from "default" to "alternate" in your providers details. This worked for me. I now get a full EPG.

FYI, when I power off my Z11 Pro Max, the BT1 remote becomes inop. (Makes sense that the Bluetooth shuts down with the device) I had to bust out the IR remote to wake it up. Kind of a pain as it's mounted behind my TV. Great vid, I'll be setting mine for 1 day

they should make a option. that it refresh content and refresh epg every time you start up my online 3. and not on a schedule...

Sir, can you please do a video on how to add other epg provider's url/xml file in addition to the iptv provider's epg. It is easy enough on other software. I cannot seem to add one. It keeps giving me an error message, so i cannot replace the epg on the 'no information' channels.

My EPG data only shows a few hours in the future. After that, I get information unavailable. Hence, I can't record a program to be aired a few hours later.
