I just used this stamp set today. I didn't need the dies for my project but I was going to use it tomorrow with the dies. I am so glad you did this video. I never would have noticed the tic marks. I do this marker tick mark on 2 & 3 step stamps. It is so much easier to stamp out with the mark on each stamp. If you need to you can use a light pencil mark on the paper your stamping on to keep each layer quickly line up. I have not seen the dot on the dies before. But I love them. Thank you for sharing this.

While I did notice the tick mark on the image in the case and on the dies, I didn't know how it'd really help once I removed the stamp from the case! Putting that sharpie mark on the stamp is the key! Thank you!

I just heard of this about 2 days ago. But in that person's video she talked about and only showed it so fast my old eyes couldn't really see and grasp quite what she meant on a completely different set. Old eyes take much longer to focus and see things clearly. This is a real problem for us old ones with tv,movies and videos. I thank you for being slower and very clearly showing what we are looking for. I grasp this concept now and think it is a wonderful idea. I am new to dies and embossing. I will look for this in sets now that I know. If a set doesn't have the tick marks I will use a sharpie to add them. Just last Tuesday I ordered this bundle and I machine to cut the dies. I got a couple of bundles and other tools. I am waiting for them to come to my dealer. (I didn't want the package to come to the house. Because then I would have to explain my new hobby to others in the house. Grins) I also ordered some dies from Amazon which I am sure won't have tick marks. I am getting more excited by finding videos.
