I just found out that QT hardwood smokes their brisket for 12 hours. Honestly it’s better than a lot of NC brisket and I’m HERE for the 2 for 8 tacos.

Hmmm… I will try again without the cheese. There wasn’t much flavor in the brisket that I had.

LOL....forget the health, what does it taste like???? Personally, I do not like cheese messing with the brisket taste. Good brisket needs no cheese!!

The cheese is the turn off. Brisket is the star of the show and the cheese took it away. I didn’t like it. I threw it away.

@@beauxraescajunquisine I don't know why places nowadays insist on putting cheese on EVERYTHING. I usually think it is to mask mediocre ingredients and flavor. I love chees....but not on everything I eat.
