I have so been feeling the same importance/realization around “you only have one life.” It can be difficult to constantly be in the moment sometimes. First world problems, but hopefully it’s a good thing to work on.

A few ideas came to me while watching your vlog. You can do some volunteer work perhaps helping to serve meals to the homeless or help raise money in some way for a cause/charity that you love. Also you can foster kittens/cats, puppies/dogs if you're not travelling a lot (which you probably do). Instead of scrolling you can video chat with someone you haven't talked to in awhile...or learn something new like a language, gardening, cooking, and etc. You can also set a timer to just scroll for 15 minutes or something....so it doesn't turn into hours. Anyhow I love your vlogs, I think because Dylan & you are just so cute together and somehow so entertaining.....would love to see more weekly vlogs!! Sending you guys so much love & positive energy from Toronto!!

In order to improve mu social media, I delete the app during my work and open it after I finish work. REALLY WORKS! also make sure to have a time limit.

I don’t see it at all! he seemed a bit tired when they got to the hotel but after a 5/6 hour flight and being stuck in NYC/ brooklyn traffic I think we’d all be lol (it’s brutal), keep in mind he also works when they’re on these trips and that can be stressful not being in office and having to take calls!! they seem very in love and u can tell!
