Thank you because everyone has a recipe but no one writes recipe for left overs. That's a real help because it stretches the budget.

Happy Holidays Chris! I really really enjoy your videos!! They are the bomb as we say in the USA! Lol! But on a serious note. In the future would you consider selling your food at local grocery stores or supermarkets? I would just love to taste first hand one of your dishes I know you live in Canada and I live in the US but is that something you could work on? I would really appreciate it! If not that's ok! I'll just keep trying to re-create the wonderful dishes that I see you prepare find the videos😊 You're the BEST!!!

Putting gluten free in the title makes me want to skip. I'd suggest putting it in the description, and not in the title. Looks great thought

Thats right. This dish is not Caribbean, not my cup of tea. Hope u enjoy. I see that you use a alot of chicken stock in your dishes, not many ppl use that in the Caribbean.

We don't use much chicken stock in the Caribbean since it was never readily available. However that is changing. BTW the "maggi" type cubes we use is simply chicken (or other meats / vegetables) stock.. but loaded with preservatives and sodium
