If either of the parent is a Tibetan, the child is issued a green book and once u have a green book it becomes our identity as a Tibetan. I am from Darjeeling both my parents are Tibetan but here we do have people who are married to other races but then once again if either of your parent is Tibetan and if u have a green book and you are paying for your green book then u r Tibetan… here in this GCM even if the guy is from Nepal and if he has green book regardless of his looks or the way he talks tibetan, he is a bonfide Tibetan . If he played in GCM without a green book then it’s obviously wrong but he seems to have a valid green book so what is this fuss all about.
