Has QBO fixed how employer paid benefits are calculated in payroll? The biggest problem I had when trying to transition from desktop to QBO was that these benefits did not auto fill on paychecks and I had to manually add hours to each benefit for every employee adding a significant amount of time to the process.

I’m trying to find some type of way to manage jobs. By manage jobs I mean see where a job is starting from the Quote Request. Any ideas? I use QBO so I need it to integrate. I was hoping QBO could be an all-in-one but I can’t seem to figure out how it could be. I want to be able to take the request and enter it straight into a system without a quote yet, to let my estimator know there is a a new request to look at.

How much would it cost to have QBO Advanced plus knowify on a monthly basis. I have a client that is building 125 homes and really need these types of software to manage each project

The problem with quickbooks online is changing things like deposit to down payment on the estimates which makes them refundable. And then we go off and spend 20k in doors and then they try to cancel their contract and then you dont get to keep the deposit. And the estimating is just horrid. It is just so basic and you cant choose what information to hide.

Hi is there any way were if I am entering exp/bills which is more than what I budgeted get me alert for example i budgeted paint exp for $18000.00 but my subcontractors sent me an invoice of $20000:00 for paint so when I am entering bill it will give alet saying that your exp/bill is more than what was budgeted - please guide -thanks

How do the new desktop subscriptions work for construction accounting? We bought 2022 pro plus and it doesn't have job costing at all! Do you know if Premier has better features for us? Would you consider putting together a class for premier (if premier has job costing)?

Very inaccurate, pro has 95% of the job costing features that premier and enterprise have. .

@@HectorGarciaCPA Oh! okay...um. I'm going to rewatch a couple of your videos to see if maybe I can figure out how to set it up. I was about to give up on pro plus for contracting, but 95% is a pretty high number. I will watch to see if you do a class for the construction desktop in the future. Thank you.

Premier has a few things here and there with reports that is better, but you shouldn’t be disappointed with Pro… would love to understand what you have not been able to do
