I have a client who is selling 3 types of products (A, B, C) in different package sizes (8oz, 16oz, 32oz), and in 5 markets (retail, internet, amazon, wholesale small and wholesale big). Each market has a slightly different price point, some the same. Can Price Rules help me not have to create all 82 products and their various prices?

Hi Seth, from what I can tell Intuit has removed this feature from Quickbooks online, at least I can't see it in the Products & Services settings.

Hello, thanks for the help. Do you know how I can bulk edit price rules on many items at once or in a spreadsheet type environment? I have hundreds of items we would like to create special fixed prices on but doing one at a time will be painstaking.

What if you sell different goods at different price points to start with, and you just want to mark everything up 25% . Can you do this with price rules?

Each product can have one price as a standard. Of course different products can have different standard prices. Then you can create a rule that marks up the price by 25% across the board.

Can the price rule feature apply on a bundle? for an example, item apple = $1 banana = $1.2 Pear = $2 if I buy a Bundle 1 X apple, 2 X banana, 1 X Pear = it should be $5.4 but I would like to sell it like a discount price @ 4.0 .. is it possible? Thank you!

You can't apply pricing to a bundle, because the bundle itself doesn't have a price. It is simply a collection of items sold together. The items inside the bundle are where you would have to set price levels.

It's available. You just have to go into the settings and turn on the Price Rules feature.
