This is the final episode in the biggest cleanup that I've ever done on youtube. In this series, I've spent around 121 hours on the job, including 33 trips to the landfill. What an epic transformation. Make sure you stay until the end, as I do a massive walk through with before and after shots. Enjoy the grand finale. Q: Where are you located?
A: I am from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia 🦘.
Q: Do you worry about snakes?
A: I have never even seen a snake in over 5 years on the job.
Q: Which equipment do you use?
A: Mostly STIHL power equipment (battery and petrol) and commercial Honda self-propelled mowers.
Q: How much do the jobs cost?
A: Sorry, I prefer not to talk about costs.
Q: Why don't you use tarps instead of bins?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!
Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I would say it's because Australia had a temperate to tropical climate, and therefore it doesn't matter that much if they are outdoors. To me, though, it seems a bit inefficient to have them outside in Tasmania with a temperate climate (coldish for 3 - 4 months per year). But that is industry standard down here 🤷‍♂️
Q: Why don't you have help?
A: I've had many problems with employees in the past, so now I work alone.
Q: Why don't you have a ride-on mower?
A: Well, there are a few reasons.
1. I don't have the right trailer for a ride on, considering I always take away the green waste.
2. I don't have anywhere to store it, as my shed is too small.
3. A lot of the properties we do have fences and gates, so you can't actually get a ride-on on to the properties.
4. I don't do enough big jobs to justify spending 15k AUD on a stander, but it would be nice to have one!
5. I will get one as soon as my transport and storage problems are solved.
Q: What types of ladders do you use?
A: The large one is a Gorilla Adjustable Platform 150kg and the small one is a Gorilla Mighty 19. They are both adjustable.
Q: Who/what is Jim's Mowing?
A: Jim's Mowing is a franchise business. The Jim's Group is the biggest home services franchise in Australia.
Q: Why do you have 2 channels that seem to be the same?

As an old lady, I really appreciate how you use the maddox to grub out the stumps and roots of the small trees you’ve cut down! They’re a trip hazard, especially for people who have a bit of trouble walking on pavement! I’ve seen other channels that cut the ‘weed’ trees off close to the ground, but still leave a stump; those short ones are trickier than tall ones because they hide--kerplop goes the granny🤪! I’m in awe of what a beautiful front garden you have revealed to us, your viewers, but also for that struggling mother. I see she has seeded that front terraced area with grass and the start of the raised beds of that wire fenced area on the side of the house. That terraced area now looks like a good place to install a bench, or small table and chair. AT LAST! This has been such an amazing JOURNEY! I started at the beginning then you decided to return- I was sooo happy! Then that disastrous shed…mattresses chairs You name it lugging it all away … back yard and all those BRAMBLES😩😩. Even the very curious cat was amazed. You saved succulents, one of my favorite plants. They are more beautified in your presence. They didn't need a lot of maintenance but a little love. George, I truly admire what you have done for this family, and so many others. This job, however, was the hardest one for you to do, and the hardest one for me to watch. It took so many hours to do, and the work was incredibly difficult. I just can't thank you enough for the time and effort you put in to help people in need. This was a stupendous achievement! I have so enjoyed watching this journey. I feel so happy for the woman who lives here. I truly believe you have given her the gift of a new chapter in her life. There is space, light, junk-free room to breathe, relax and be creative in now. It's been transformed! The lattice along the deck and the clean waterblasted wood looks amazing! And revealing the hidden gate and footpath blew me away. It's going to look beautiful in the warmer months! You should be very, very proud of yourself. It's just amazing what you've done.

How are you going to top this job? What an inspiration you are to the world. You gave that woman her dignity back. You gave her the impetus she needed to take care of her yard. The dog has room to do what a dog likes best--smelling every corner of its domain. Both the woman and her dog and son can sit outside on the rejuvenated deck and enjoy the surrounding beauty.

Unbelievable job. Well done Sir. I don’t know how “young” this lady is but that’s a big garden to maintain. I maintain 1.5 acres and if I don’t spend 2-3 hours a day, I wouldn’t be able to keep up. (Weeding, trimming, etc takes much more time than just cutting the lawn) God Bless Sir!
