This duel was great. I just wanna point out that Level Eater could not be tributed! Therefore that tribute summon shouldn't count.

I'm sure it says "except for a tribute summon". Summoning a Monarch using level eater is alright, still makes it oddly cumbersome to use as fodder outside Quickdraw decks due to how Synchro works (Considering Synchrons and Level Eater were made for the same main character, it's not surprising. The surprising thing is that those cards were in the trash many of them being quite good).
