I use nothing online at all with this program, and they expect me to pay $60 a year to use it without anything online? Ridiculous!

You can't reach anyone on a Sunday after 5. I paid $100 last month and was told I didn't need to do anything else. today everything stopped because it still using my old Quicken ID even though I changed it sseveral months ago. Do I get paid for debugging your system?
