@@everythingispolitics25 Maybe because Rocha is a very good fighter bro. There's a reason Rocha was cautious with his approach in on Ellis, those "pitty pat" shots you're talking about actually hurt and they sting. Ellis would be the best opponent Boots could add to his resume, but I don't know if Boots can beat him, just like we don't know if Ellis can beat Ennis. @@everythingispolitics25 The highlights here don't do him justice, which is why they look like what they do. That wasn't to say though Rocha couldn't do anything, he definitely had his spots and he put up a great effort. Think Rashidi would do himself a huge favor mixing it up on the inside, he just has to start believing more in his chin like Ennis does. I don't know I can't say that I ever saw a referee tell two boxers you can't trash talk. To the point where you try to bring them in and stop them. Referee you are paid to make sure it's a clean match you are not paid to moderate. And the people pay to hear this kind of stuff whether it's the press conference or it's in the ring. It was definitely some favoritism for Rocha because he just beat up Blair cobbs. But rashidi is not Blair he was putting them paws all over him from round one. I just had to go back and hear the referee really try to stop rashidi from getting in his head that's part of boxing the mental game if you took the mental game out of sports all together it would be boring as hell

@trifeylo2 жыл бұрын
mainly to set traps and counter then slip out.. its a small ring, and mexican fighters are pressure fighters which takes alot of stamina to keep off.. He's a bum all flashy flurry's and nothing of substance. Good fighters don't allow themselves to be walked down. As for his jab again it flicking and quick but doesn't follow up. You can just flick with the jab because even when you land it if you don't follow up and back out and get drilled with a the opponent's back hand even if the back hand doesn't land it will get scored as affective aggression. This reminded me of Meldrick Taylor Vs Cesar Chavez except Taylor was landing 2s and 3s not 1s and 2s. Elliz won't go anywhere if he doesn't step into his punches those are the facts.
