Ditto on the Case Gauge....the techniques taken for granted by one familiar with an instrument..would be illuminating for a new purchaser or one contemplating the purchase of such a unique piece of equipment

Good demo. I was thinking about this program and a couple of ways that it might helpful but now I see there are many other ways that I hadn't considered. I'll buy it.

Does your program account for the differences in pressure between bolt action rifles and automatic/semi-automatic ones?

Hi. On the barrel time when the bullet is more accurate when the number the higher or lower? Thanks
@edd.70517 жыл бұрын
Barrel time results in accuracy when barrel time and bullet exit from muzzle occur when this time is at the null of the barrel's oscillation.

Ed D. Thanks for your replay. But when the bullet is more accurate, when the numbers on barrel time are high or low. Thanks
@BertLangdon6 жыл бұрын
It depends on the rate of oscillation which is going to vary with different types and quantities of reloading components.

@@ioannastasa3007 Neither. There are usually two or sometimes three nominal barrel times for accuracy in a rifle. Going either above or below one by too much will result in groups getting larger. Search on Chris Long's OBT theory to get a better explanation. Look at the tuned barrel analysis on Varmint Al's web site to get an idea of what is happening to the gun.
