Quickly Fix "Localhost Refused To Connect" in Chrome

youre a life saver man, i was tryna launch a docker container to try some ai and i was going mad. idk what fixed it. but before your video i did 2 things, deleted the host files that docker had modified uppon install and on windows features i just ticked 'internet information services' but didnt restart my pc. your steps probably helped me, but im not that much patient, i try them all in one go 😅

When I type localhost I get search engine with searches of localhost defination if I see netsat I don't find port 80

Do Local Host Test at a time one HTMl file? I have index.html file with link page1.html,page2.html, if i type localhost it open index.html but it do not open page1.html from index.html in localhost. in browser I receive error states this site can't be reached 127.0.0.1 refusedto connect. This error comes for page1.html which is link of index.html. Can you tell how to test entire website in localhost?

when i use localhost it works, but when i use my IPv4 address then it refue to connecttion. like localhost:5173 works but when i use 192.168.X.X:5173 then it refused to connet
