Maybe you should do what MGH did in his Rage To Glory series or Spencer FC does with the Zarate Kid. Where when you score a goal it can give you some coins or FIFA Points. It would make your squad better. People would like to see this series be legit and have it be only match earned coins, but you have to be realistic and realize that you'll be coming up against insane teams. Your team is pretty weak compared to those teams and that could lead to you being relegated.

Each game contributes to packs; Whatever your win margin in the game determines how many packs you get. E.g. 3-0 = 3 packs, 3-1 = 2 packs If you lose you have to discard the same amount of packs as the goals that you lost the game by... Or maybe discard an equal number of players (Highest Rated)
