If he isn’t nerfed (which I kind of don’t think he will be since he is Summoner’s Choice), he will definitely be Science MVP over everyone by miles. I don’t even know if it will even be close when people unlock his true potential. Counters miss like Torch, controls power like Sp2099, does damage like IBom, permanent slow, and has an evade safety net.

I feel like I underestimated quicksilvers damage in longer form content. His damage is so amazing for the amount of utility he has as well and the best part about his damage is that it's from a debuff that no one is immune to. Just avoid all champs that can shrug whiplash off and you're good.

Yeah he’s a monster, but I’d still use spidey 2099 for wither because even without the synergy is just one sp2 and you can easily keep it by pausing it, and even if it’s running out you have increase combat power rate to launch another sp2, however quicksilver easily have more damage than spidey

I have it 6s actually r4 sig140. Imo this champ needed of immunities to be more viable and the strongest science champ, that is a big limit. Or at least resistances. Surely far away from being strong like hercules (the other summoner's choice champ). The mechanic is also way much too complicated and it can become a limit for many fights. It will be hard to use for war attack (while HT will stay the god there together with quake). I find this champ comparable with void in terms of utility and the time it needs to become letal even if void is still a step over it probably.
