As per QuickSort Logic, The ' isGreaterslide' should point to the highest index , On the right side of the ' isGreaterslide' , every value should be greater than pivot value. So,if we shift 'isGreaterslide' to value 12 (left side) then on the right side of the ' isGreaterslide' there will be value 4 which will be lesser than the pivot value. so,we are checking whether the value 4 is greater than the value 12 (4 is not greater than 12) and not shifting the slide to the value 12. Hope this helps.
