Love the story of building your pickup in the kitchen! You’re building hot rods the way God intended, with your bare hands, and some blood, sweat, & tears.

First ‘Quick Speed Shop’ video I ever watched was of the Speedway Motors disc brake kit on the Hot Rod Shop Truck, I had just purchased a Speedway kit for my 50 Ford F1. That video was pretty timely and I’ve been hooked ever since, love the attitude and doing things ‘Old School ‘and simple. 👍

Old school and simple is how I roll...until I get mega successful and make videos on Ferraris and private jets. Lol, probably not.

Very talented and hardworking man. Lord knows restoring and building cars is not easy work. You have to have talent and determination. So many people buy cars and never finish them because they don’t have the drive to see it through. Much respect to this man.

I just want to say how much I appreciate your channel. You (and other channels) got me through my hip deteriorating and finally after a year hip replacement. When I first found your channel I was searching for a video on how to adjust Juice brakes on my 29 Model A. I think they must be 39 brakes. You can see it in my icon. I got it in a trade for a motorcycle I had and have been rebuilding some parts of it. I always enjoy your builds. I have no clue how you have the time to do the videos but please keep up the good work.....Dave in central IL

Thanks for watching Dave! Hope your hip is back to 100%! I'm going to keep making videos, time or no time. I have a bunch of projects I want to build, but like you said, time is the biggest hurdle.

I dont have enough time. The secret is don't get married, don't do anything besides work and YT, and only sleep 5 hrs a night. Also spend all your money on junk car parts.
