There used to be 3 lines before the changes WG made to the German tanks line. The Vk 3601 H line, which led to the Tiger line, the Vk 3001 P line, which the Tiger P line and the Vk 3001 H line, which was the German medium line ending in the E 50-M.

I vividly remember the VK 30.01(H) being a HT and VK 30.01(P) being an MT in 2020/2021 before i quit for around 2/3 years.

@@messinberver4683 The Vk 3001 H and Vk 3601 H were both tier 6 medium tanks a very very long time like in 2013 and before. The tree was reshuffled and both became heavies at T5 and T6 respectively.

The Pudel and Bret Panther I believe are essentially Premium versions of the VK30.02. Nice all rounder meds.

The ending of the Cromwell game was truly tragic with leaving all those enemy hitpoints unfarmed! A tremendous game all the same, though! Also, QB has classically conditioned us to expect a tank from each role per the multitude of comments pointing out the lack of LT.

After getting some sort of tier X burnout, I went to play tier 5-7s recently, and its really fun. Very often at least half of the players on both teams are "veterans" with like 20K, 40K + battles, or not so new players with say 10K+, so quite often people play same positions like on higher tiers I played all sorts of WW2 classics, like "Easy 8", Bret Panther, Cromwell, Churchill VII, Tiger I... while listening to Hearts of Iron soundtrack :D

the VK's at tier 6 where 3-of-a-kind VK 36.01 (H) now a heavy tank VK 30.01 (P) stayed identical VK 30.01 (H) had the Schmalturm of the Pz.IV and 50mm hull all around , was very maneuverable, now downgraded and banished to tier V

Moments like that are what made me love the Cromwell! Had a chaotic 9 kill game on cliff back in the day! It was a similar situation ended with like 5hp. Love that tank so much!

Cromwell was the first tank 3-marked back in the day, I didn't even have full view range. And the Cromwell game here showed why I don't play anymore, the game is just something else because players incabable of finding the left mouse button and minimap disabled.

Thanks for the games. 2 of my favorite tanks that you played are the M6 American and the Cromwell B British tanks. I have had them both for a long time and I just can't stop going out for the seal clubbing with them. Loved that parade of tanks trying to stop you in the middle. Good timing on the retreat to make the carry. Well done!

The original German Medium Tank before the Panther is the now tier 5 heavy. It had a Panther Turret and a short 88 gun and was vicious in TAnk Company.

19:05 I recently bought back my M6 and to be honest, I'd dare say that the gun handling buff is attributing more to my good games, rather than the turret armor buff, most tanks still go through my armor, but the fact that the M6 gun handles pretty good means you'll rack up damage much easier, compared to "more well armored tanks" since you will much more reliably hit the enemy

A-43, Cromwell, AMX 12t, P43 Bis, 59-16, Jackson, WZ-131 G Ft and AT-8 are my favorite to 3rd MoE I really don't care about the Battle Pass I just enjoy mid tier mm (except artillery I'm looking at you FV304, Bishop and Left B2)

THAT Cromwell game was bizarre. Nice displacement QB. I never got the Berlin, the standard model is good enough, just a touch less mobile I think. There was that tier 6 German medium (3001H?), awesome sniper, that they reconfigured into a terrible tier 5 heavy. I was heart broken.

M6 and Crommy and T-34-85 are great for Tier 6 skirmishes! I prefer the M6 for the turret and the T-34-85M for the DPM....the Crommy is best at flanking and strafing

Even after the nerfs its still an epic tank, good crew, some equipment, camo and food its evil. That being said i love the forgotten child, the jackson... its a beast, armour holds up pretty well against 4-6s 6 with high pen, premium rounds or 7 and 8 melt it.

I actually had some of my best games in the Hellcat after the nerf. Like, over 4k damage (twice!) in the two weeks after the nerf. It is different, but with field mods etc. it can still be a good TD, scouting along the way and all that. I've got like 1/6 of all my Patrol Duty medalls in the Hellcat! (ok, I played like 12% of my games in the Hellcat... The crew's pretty good with about 8 skills...)

Oh how I miss the glorious times, of one shoting the WTF if you high rolled and we’re lucky enough to hit his gun shield back in the day, when when I was grinding my KV-2. Before they nerfed the WTF E100 and best was you still had all chat then…and they’d be so mad, and I’d laugh and laugh, then other games they’d one or two shot me. Then I’d bust my E-100 with the 15cm and do the same thing basically, as I had a tiny chance of all was good in the world of bouncing some of their shots, and enough HP to take some hits from them. I also played a lot of arty after the WTF 100 came out, and I’d purposely hunt them, back when you could one shot tanks with arty, fairly regularly.

It is nice to see games where your not just playing in top form. I have great games too but, have games where total misplay lead to my end or where the team just falls apart. Teams falling apart completely are credit to about 70% of my losses on console.

Same on blitz on pc (prefer blitz because my laptop is cheese and i don't have space for normal wot due to other games, quicker more action packed matches and no artillery ruining the fun faceoffs), not saying im perfect but im amazed how some players made it to tier 8 or 9 because a lot of the teammates def have brain rot, deadass saw 1 dude i spectated miss tiger 2s lower plate 3 times in a row while maybe 10 meters away at max and get shut down today, think the only time i fr facepalmed in this game. Hit the tracks all 3 shots, then theres the guys in heavy tanks not taking cover but staying in the open trading damage with 1 guy as they are getting shot by a 2nd guy from their flank without even paying attention to em

In that hellcat game, I think it was right to reposition. Smart players will look to pick you off and you want to keep your distance/camo. Maybe if you are in a platoon, two or three of you could push West and North. However sitting out in the open to take a final shot seemed reckless. Rather just reposition and use bushes to spank your blind opponents (at least this would have let you a second or third round before death).

The hellcat is a beast, Its gonna be boring most of the time but its superb for a free tank. If you want credits, the super is even better cause you get to shoot at t8 tanks very often.

KV-2 can still do 900 damage to some tier 6 HTs like an other KV-2 via the turret. The difference is now vs before, you have to aim. Tho most use AP on it now, intuition to swap to HE helps when you know you have a high chance to pen.

Now it's just the same gameplay than all others tanks, and anyway its dont worth for it (hulldown or sidescrap). Asking at a KV2 derp HE to focus weakpoints is ridiculous. KV2's fun is dead, WoT is no more fun since years :(

You can start with the tanks in the bond shop if you have 8k bonds collected. KV-5 and T-34-3 are my favourites 😊
