Sin embargo, cuando hay personas alrededor, hago una política desviar la cámara de ellos cuando sea posible. Esto no es solo para mantener la atmósfera pacífica que ayuda a las personas, incluyéndome a mí, a relajarse e incluso a dormir, sino también para respetar su privacidad. Con respecto a las costumbres en los Estados Unidos, varían ampliamente. Hay barrios pacíficos como el que viste en mi video, pero también hay ciudades bulliciosas y todo lo demás. Cada área tiene su propio encanto único y forma de vida, lo que hace que el país sea increíblemente diverso. Estoy completamente de acuerdo contigo en que es una lástima que más personas no se tomen el tiempo para apreciar y disfrutar de estas hermosas áreas. Es algo que espero que mis videos puedan inspirarles a hacer. Realmente aprecio tus comentarios y preguntas reflexivas. Just looked up Wayne Dr which is the main road on this route and can see the average house price is 1.5 million. To afford this mortgage, you'd need an annual income of around $400,000, assuming a 30-year term at 6% interest, where your housing costs don't exceed 28% of your income. Hope this helps!🙂
