Your bread looked so good and what an easy method to use, instead of lots of kneading! Your scrambled egg roll technique was very interesting. Mochi clearly thought you were serving that for her lunch, too 😁

When I first heard about this technique, I didn't really believe it. But it really is very simple! Oh and yes- Mochi always think our food is for her. And because she is too cute for words, she always gets a tiny taste when we are finished eating. Thousands of years of evolution has made her a master manipulator 😅

So wonderful -- the calm. I can't stand the noise, on KZbin -- the shouting, the lectures and dire warnings, the anger and boasting, the loud and monotonous music -- no matter what I'd learn in the process. Life is easier than most of KZbin makes it look. The day can be pleasant, contented, graceful and soft. We're led to believe the opposite by much of what we see in media, and that's so unfortunate. Enjoy the day. Do yourself some real good.

I hear you. The videos are bad enough but some posts are even worse. The anonymity of the internet has destroyed far too much civility and given license to say virtually anything. I find myself gravitating towards more and more uploads with captions and soft instrumental music, especially at night to decompress from the day's stresses and activity.

HiYa Mochi and Dads. "Hello Beautiful" is right. That homemade loaf looked amazing. YUMYUM! I hope Mochi got to have some too with a spat of "real" full fat butter. My "babies" love bread with some FFB. If only I'd learn to make our own. I cook all my "kids" meals and snacks and they love eggs too. Bread and eggs = perfect and satisfying meal anytime of the day. Nice relaxing video. Thank you.
