Hi Helen! I have been binging your videos while I plan lately lol. I love seeing your process. I have noticed that you frequently write about your eyes being tired, I wanted to see if you have tried blue light glasses! They have really helped my eye fatigue. I also take these vitamins called EyePromise Restore, and my eye doctor says she can tell a difference in my overall eye health. As someone whose job depends on being able to use screens all day, I thought you might like to know. Thank you for uploading your planning process, I love to watch while I plan. It feels like hanging out with a friend :)
