My very sparse eyebrows are such a difficult color to match....& I have tried so MANY eyebrow products w/out success. But ! I recently discovered a shade in an eye shadow palette matches the best ! How about that? I looked at the palette the other day & thought, boy, a couple shades look like my brow color. I held the compact up next to my brows & yeah! I just use a narrow brush to apply it. It gives a natural look (which I prefer). So....I'm very happy to have finally discovered a solution! I had 7 eyebrow products that hadn't worked.....so I was able to declutter! (always a good thing) Your eyes look so nice in this video. And the color of that blouse is so flattering on you.

Love understated looks that enhance our features. I have never been comfortable wearing bold looks or desired large eyeshadow palettes as they are wasteful. But, I have a lot of smaller eyeshadow palettes as I am always seeking the perfect neutrals. lol. Really love the trick using the Pat McGrath powder to blend the shadow.

Laura, You share new products that work on mature skin which is a blessing especially when we are decluttering products that know longer work for our maturing skin. I believe I mentioned ordering Laura Gellers new cream products and I love the tinted moisturizer. It gives some coverage, but becomes part of the skin and the stick blush is beautiful.

Hi Laura, Todays video was so lovely, informative, and helpful. I just LOVE watching you and learning new and old makeup and the tips you show us. I usually wait to see you use and try that makeup on before I will even buy it and that includes all makeup for face, eyes, lips, just everything. I also really like that you show us the tools you use and explain about them. Being silver/gray haired at 69, my eyebrows are thin & have a lot of gray. I have them tinted once a month and leave them alone. If I need to touch them up, I use an eyebrow powder and use a spoolie to smooth them out.

Thank you for this! Your timing couldn’t be better! I’m attending my first writers’ conference in a couple of weeks and have been looking for replacement products in more professional colors and textures. I have never had specific makeup staples as far as brands. I spent my career as a beauty professional and new things always come out. However, skin is the most important “staple” in my book. If the skin isn’t properly maintained, cared for and prepped, no foundation on the market is going to hide that. Also, choosing the right foundation and flattering colors for eyes, cheeks and lips. I recommend getting colors done all of the time. I’m super interested in the Kosas BB foundation and the Charlotte Tilbury lip plumper. I appreciate you so much!

@@mona2242 it depends on your skin type. I have combination/oily skin so I skip moisturizer with this kind of foundation, but dry skin might still want an extra layer of hydration

I enjoyed this so much, Laura Rae. Your skin is beautiful. The only thing I do to my brows is tweeze the stray hair, and use something clear to put them in place. I still like several of the It Cosmetics lipsticks/lip glosses. The CT lipgloss is gorgeous!! I haven't met a BK Beauty brush I haven't liked. Blessings, and love..MaryEllen

unlike other primers with silicone that can be smoothed on, it is one gaint chunk of silicone, first dab on the product in pan it cracked and split. Ever hear of one hit wonder, well this was not even a use wonder.
