The more comments we hear about wanderer, the more curious i get about what he is. We know hes not a naga, is something much more ancient/ is over 1000 year old at least, used to be worshipped, and we've had one line about being careful looking him in the eyes (one line from a previous gavin vid). I've got 2 guesses as to what he could be: 1. A quetzalcoatl like creature. Quetzalcoatl is an aztec deity, so age checks out, as well as the serpentine qualities we keep seeing. It also seems like Quetzalcoatl could take a human form, so wanderer having a glamour check out as well. 2. A basilisk. Whether it be the fully snake or half chicken variation of the myth, the serpent attributes are there in some form. It would also explain the eye comment, as basilisks are famously known for their deadly stare. Wanderer 1000+ age could still work, since the basilisk mythology seems to have originated in ancient greece and rome, over 3000 years ago. The only catch with a basilisk would be that basilisks weren't said to have human forms, but it seems unicorns couldn't take human form either, yet we have treys unicorn with a glamour. So in frosthaven canon, there could just be more creatures that gained the ability to take human form, likely for the sake survival/blending in with humans.
