If you wanna go back to the start of QR (1975) Rudy is not the original bassist he started in QR in 1982 to 1985 and just returned last year

It was Frankie's wife's decision to bring him back. Frankie and Kevin were best friends but Rudy had to be a close 2nd.

Quiet Riot still sounds great, and it's awesome they're still at it. Personally I still like Love/ Hate better, as a band. Jizzy is a great performer no matter which band he's singing in. But, anyone that's seen Love/ Hate during their prime knows what I'm talking about.

Quiet Riot was always a fun band!! 1st time saw them when i was stationed in Guam at the University of Guam. 2nd time was in the backyard of a biker bar in Jacksonville Florida, and the last time was at Gussie Lamores in honolulu, my table was 10 feet from the stage right in front of Kevin. Great shows all!!

That's impossible. Randy Rhoads is the original guitarist and he's been gone since 1982. That and the original bassist was fired in 1978 and the original drummer quit by 1982.

I feel fortunate to have seen the Metal Health era band, like 15 years later in '98 in SLC at a warehouse/event center with Warrant (with Jani Lane on vocals), Slaughter, and I can't remember who the 4th band was - maybe there wasn't one, but it was a hell of a show and QR was amazing. Kevin Dubrow sounded awesome with his curly wig and all and he had so much energy (as did the whole band). He was probably coked out, but who cares, they were brilliant. So glad I got to see that most successful lineup of theirs. I don't think it was many years after that that Kevin passed away.
