If I had a nickel every time they made a T4 scaling unit broken by giving it divine shield, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird it happened twice.

Because Quills were the worst tribe and needed a buff? It's a weird unit because you scale it up by applying gems to it, but you are constantly transferring gems away from it to better units. Giving it DS gives some tempo in mid game, and helps justify keeping it as a staple of a quill board.

I honestly have no clue why they put Divine Shield on Roogug. Boars on Fours was already competitive with the busted Beast and Undead comps as long as you could hit the gem scaling and production. Now it has even less reason to level

played 1 game, got a golden jazzer, a rylak, necrolyte - gems were +20/+108 well u can guess how it went quils finally feel nice

Quills are so good rn, Just had a game when i had Twice as nice hero power on Nguen on 8 gold and get the one quill that discards spell to get 3 bj`s and then one piper and two jazzer, No triples, no high roll. Get roogag 3 turns later and then it was just a smoot way to top 1
