It was an amazing job! I definitely liked this character due to his unusual abilities, which seemed to me very dangerous for the main characters. The song is great!

That's the weird thing. All the ablites he displays (with the exception of his jailing ability), are ablities that any Quincy can learn. So if anything, the other Quincy need to brush up on the basics.

@@SM-cv8sv Exactly. He felt like the only Quincy to actually act like one. Also of note, he’s the only one who doesn’t rely on his Schrift. He goes the entire fight using high level Quincy techniques (a little further than what we’ve seen Uryuu do but still conceptually in the same wheelhouse.) The manipulation and subjugation of Reishi into attacks, movement and defence should be every Quincy’s bread and butter, but only he seems to do so. This is what a high level Quincy should be like, so you can imagine my general disappointment with most of the other Sternritter. I’m okay with not all of them using bows, but to basically have no Quincy aspects to them at all feels like they could have been literally anything else.

Why do I get the feeling that Quilge's desing came up becoes Kubo was thinking that he didn't make it obvioues enough what inspired him for Wandenreich Also not spoil anything but Bambietta and Giselle still get some/more screen time later in part 2/3 so I would sugest to wait a little bit assuming there aren't big changes from manga to anime and even more screen time

At first I was like “For gods sake he’s literally another anime Nazi, what is this, Jojo’s Part 2?” Once we got past that phase into angel exterminator then things got interesting. I was thinking if this is what elite Quincy were capable of then these might be interesting… You can imagine my disappointment when every other Sternritter had a BS godmode ability and nothing to do with what the Quincy had been set up to be. Ah well, it’s got to be so weird when your favourite bad guy in this colour inverted anime Nazi Germany is the one who acts the most like an actual Nazi.
