WOW! When the video first started, I thought you were displaying real hyacinths to show the viewers what you were attempting to imitate... You sure fooled me and I'm a gardener who grows them! Beyond super, THANK YOU for sharing your method🤗

I do remember,...it was *this flower* that you created, that I was truly amazed with every aspect of each part of building the hyacinth!! I was so very amazed by how each step had to be just right to create a life-like, real hyacinth. You perfected every single step. I had seen at least 100 KZbin videos, by at least 20 different creators. *None came close to your creativity.* None. I've come to the conclusion, there's no in between. There's those people that love to quill, & there's those, like yourself, that have talent, given at birth, artists that quill. That is what you are. :-) You are on the very highest (top) rung on the ladder. Everyone else that quills, well, they're all just, quillers. There's a *huge* difference. I hope I explained the difference. Thank you for showing us exactly HOW to make these gorgeous paper masterpieces. Thank you for having a giving spirit, & NOT being a selfish person. PS I am sure I have not seen all of your videos. but, I've seen LOTS!! To date, this hyacinth is, by far, the most realistic looking flower (item) I've ever seen when quilling. :-)

Dear D Hoosier, thank you for all your valuable words towards my works and tutorials. I always enjoy to read your comments. Thanks a lot. I think creating a video is also an art in itself, certainly I have not the best equipment in which I could improve in better quality, but I just try to give my very best in what I have. Everyone who makes a video tutorial and can inspire for new things deserves appreciation, because to make a video is really not always so easy like it looks. There is so much work behind it. I am very happy to get such a nice compliment from you and yet I appreciate the works of others also very much. I my self am a big fan of video tutorials and enjoy so much videos which I can look at, also from other quilling artist which offers tutorials, some of them are good friends and I just love their works.

Whom doesnt like this work? I guess are lazy people which prefear buy plastic Chinese flowers to try something like this. Of course this take time, have many steps, have details, but for me, just blessed hands can do something which need tibetean patience to finish. This is art, and art seems is not for everyone. I'm starting on quilling, so I hope learn to this level, because I'm a perfectionist. And this is so neat and works like those makes you see when an artist really love what they do.

Dear Bridgit: I am an ardent fan of yours. The day I saw your videos on daisies, I fell in love and started learning quilling. I tried daisies & apple blossoms. Though daisies is not that great, apple blossoms made by me look awesome and everyday I look at them and marvel at the beauty as well the creator. I do not get the glue & 90% alcohol. Is there any other alternative for 90% alochol and the glue. Please suggest. I want to try 3D hyacinthe next. Thanks so much for your detailed videos. with love - Malathy
@bridgitscreativity18897 жыл бұрын
Dear Malathy, I do not use 90% alcohol I use 70% alcohol and can buy it in the pharmacy or Drugstore. You can also try to buy the glue UHU Twist & glue www.uhu.com/en/products/all-purpose-adhesives/detail/uhu-vielzweckkleberflinke-flascheohne-loesungsmittel-1.html?cHash=299605f9998377e27357a8513587aad6 it is completely different but it also hardens the Quilling shapes after shaping them. I hope you can buy this as alternative in your country. Otherwise, I currently have no idea that you can use alternatively. I wish you much joy and success by doint your next Project.
@malathyp.n.37046 жыл бұрын
We don't get 70% alcohol in either pharmacy or drugstore. But I managed to get UHU Twist & Glue from Luxemberg. One of my relatives gifted me few tubes.
