Jill in Texas USA. I love these Quilt Stories and admire your showing us the artworks as you discuss them. And such a variety of artists. Wonderful talks

I love Jane. She was my teacher at empty spools. Im just finishing a project from her class. She reminded me of embellishments I left off. So I will add them to the next three ufo's

What better way to spend a COVID 'alone again' day in my TETT Studio (no one else in the Arts Hub where I work today), but seeing you, Lisa and an icon in our art world - Jane Sassaman...thanks for all of the Quilt Stories! So much fun...

Thank you, Lisa, for this excellent, personal, and inspiring interview with Jane Sassaman. Wow. What a treat to have this master art quilter share not only her incredible techniques and background, but also her personal insights, and of course this gorgeous quilt in the making. What a joy to view. Happy New Year!

Lisa - thank you for bringing us Jane. I took one of my very first workshops from Jane in Portland, OR around 2009. She was a wonderful teacher and very interested in sharing her techniques and her love of nature. I am in love with her work and glad I was able to learn how to look carefully at a flower, leaf or tendril and then capture the most interesting lines in my drawing and quilt. I think I am much more aware of nature because of this lesson.
