Sue is a great teacher. QIAD makes these quilts make so much more sense. I HATE the cutting part. I get lost reading the pattern and cutting the pieces correctly.

Great idea. Instructions tell us to cut 1" and 3/4" strips for the mini in the colors. Blue has both size strips cut and same or the green. No instruction is given as to when to work on the 1" or 3/4" pieces. She just picks up two strips, sews together, and there you go. Which width of strips is she starting with? 3/4" blue or 1" blue??? Same for green and eggplant.

love the video tutorial..but because the instructions are in black & white it would be nice if the fabric selections (instead of red/blue etc) would be marked in A,B,C,D. I am using different colors than you did on the printed directions, and it was a bit confusing at first. Just a suggestion.
