Quilting Applique on the Longarm

While I agree with ditching everything, sometimes my customers don’t want any stitching (or minimal stitching) done within their appliqué. Any idea on a way to “guide” them in this direction?

I get the same thing. In fact, sometimes I get customers that just want an edge to edge design overtop of their applique. I am thinking that I may do three small samples if I get a chance.....one with an edge to edge over applique, one with all the applique stitched in the ditch and one without the applique stitched in the ditch. I am such a visual person, so others may find that helpful too. :)
