You use the roll node for a cast on roll build so you don't care about i-frames or recovery and can just get tanky and spam it. I thought it was obvious, I guess everyone forgot about cast on roll being in poe2.

Cast on crit is a 100 spirit reservation, just like cast on shock. Herald of Thunder is 30, so that's 230 spirit reservation. It might be an endgame setup if we get reduced spirit reservation, but I don't think we'll get that much spirit in the campaign or the early endgame. Worth trying tho

man 5% culling is same as 5% more dmg, to me that's good enough mainly on poe2 since bosses are crazy. Just this point on the tree by itself will give then basically: 7.5% more on normals 5.0% more on magic 2.5% more on rare 1.25% more on unique Looks good enough for a single passive point on the tree. And maybe even the small ones leading to eat mayb they give some more too.

lol saw the stupid ass chatters, less is not equal to reduced in poe, one is a multi, more/less are multies, increased/reduced are additives, verbiage matters in poe. having a ratio of increased and more is what you want, so this talent can take from where you have wayyyy to much increased directly, and move it off into a new spot with a better ratio.

What the heck are you talking about? Increased and reduced are on the same modifier, if you have 100% increased and 100% reduced, they cancel out. They're not two separate multipliers.

Dodge roll doesn't give i-frames, it only allows to avoid hits specifically AoE effects and damage over time can't be avoided with it

it does give i-frames. You just can't dodge attacks that are red. I dunno if that's all AoE/spells , it looked like only specific attacks on bosses and some AoE. But yeah I think it's for cast on roll builds since that will be a thing.

@@DoNotFearTheReapa I does not have i-frames.. In the beginning of your roll, you avoid all hits, but if there is an aoe, example lets say Atziri flameblast, you couldn't avoid that damage by dodge rolling inside of it, no matter how good your timing is, because it does not give you i-frames.
