Love that you touched on Browns trying to modernize their offense to what GB/LAR/MIN does. One thing that stood out in the HOU playoff game is that DeMeco Ryans predicted a play that led to a Pick Six because he saw the exact concept while playing with the Texans in 2012. Signaled to me then, that the offense was outdated

Rees is not OC like Schwartz is the DC. He is more of an OA as in Offensive Assistant. Efficient run game. Play defense. Develop a young quarterback.

Honestly that sounds like a good spot for a young NFL coordinator. You essentially act as the assistant and you get to learn the Head Coach’s way of running things and how to also run it so eventually you may get the opportunity to take over fully

I might have liked Kubiak better, but as an Irish fan, it's easy to root for him. He was never physically gifted, but working with Charlie Weiss, who really challenges his Qbs to process and make the plays that are there. Very intelligent.

Look for the Browns to trade their pick and move down in the first round to get multiple picks this year and some next year. Of the picks this year one of them will be Jalen Milroe, you heard it hear first. I know they asked Tommy Rees about Jalen and he spoke highly of him and said he can work with him as he did in Alabama. And yes the Browns do want mobile quarterbacks

Rees is simply KS's assistant. Be a helper to KS's offense. Not really a coordinator. KS is the coordinator. Any real coordinator would call plays and run the offense. But that's the way they want to go. They want to stick (ie.) go back to the KS offense
