She was SA by a patient of her mother. Instead of her mother reporting it, she medicated and gaslit her daughter into thinking it was her fault. This is because the mother was doing illegal therapy practices (like sex with her patients) which allowed her daughter to be SA. To add more fire, she drugged the father too and made him never help his daughter either. This led to the girl never knowing how to trust or have healthy bonding because her first sexual encounter was not consensual and her own mother drugged her for years. It led her to be very promiscuous and unstable. Which makes her really perfect to work on a reality show. But over the course of the show you see that she tends to be the victim and a lot of people just keep breaking her. But it ends pretty positive!
