I use the heal and both saber throws and i'm unstoppable in heroes vs villains, against troopers use heal , there is no escape and blaster deflection i am also unkillable.

I would like to make a recommendation though, there are just one or two things i remember being confused about due to terminology, it would be great for you to take 1 or 2 seconds to summarize those terms in a couple words. I figured them out now, and it was barely any trouble! :)

I was fighting a Vader user on hoth during hero's vs villains & to my surprise, this guy force choked me, but then while I was choking in the air, started to slowly steer me towards the cliff edge/hole in the centre of the map. I had no idea you could do that with Vader & I got a funny feeling not too many people know. When I was over the edge he released his grip & left me for dead. But I landed straight onto a large pipe running across this hole, I was ray so I jumped back up & ended up helping to kill him. He must of been thinking "How the hell did you survive that" The luck is strong with me.

Aimbot When the stars align and the universe is in balance you can steer people by walking towards and looming towards a direction. For example if you want them to go left you need to strafe left and also look to the left. For whatever reason sometimes it works better than other times.

If you activate focused rage in the air and throw your lightsaber right before you land, it cancels the animation and you can go straight to killing.

the star card where Darth Vader deals more damage if choking two or more enemies is really good. I fully upgraded it so it does 50% more damage when choking two or more enemies. I chocked 4 heroes at a time and then threw my lightsaber at them and then took then out

My favourite is Probably The emperor. I love a lot of his abilities and there’s a lot of cool things you can do with him. I really like his dark aura and chain lightning attacks the most.

Vader is my #1 favorite hero to use. I like to manipulate his light saber throw when enemy players hide around corners. This is going to be hard to explain in words but if an enemy is hiding around corners, I throw my saber and dash over to the left or right, being on the opposite side wall that the enemy is hiding behind or angle it so that the saber comes back with the enemy facing you and the saber will come back and kill the enemy and go through the wall. I like to use his further throw distance card in-place of the focus rage one because it's great for taking out mulitple enemy players choked up in a hall way and players that keep distance. But in light of this video I may try it. I got my Max Health card and Dark Lord Card to epic recently. The one thing that scares me the most playing as vader is wookies.....Darth Vades, should not, be scared, of freaking wookies. But I run like a little girl and keep my distance from wookies as vader, because as of right now with the broken trait the wookies have (That DICE has not patched yet for what ever FREAKING reason) it makes them hard to kill. Thanks for this video. PS; I FREAKING hate it when Vader gets stuck in his Force Choke animation and the only way to get out of it is to wait for the force choke to cool down to use again.....RIP

Very fond of Darth Vader. His glide ability definitely makes up for his slow ground mobility as well as his dash. Vader is hero that must be used in a strategic manner as well as a means of decimating the enemy team.

If you use it at a close quarters "choke" point, preferablly with a door. You can activate it while it is open and start chocking them through the door.

Nice vid however I think that you may have overlooked Luke's star cards. He actually does have really powerful cards. He has Cleansing the Darkness which heals him with every kill and even more so with a villain kill. It also restores the max health you can regenerate. Then he has Jedi Reflexes which gives him an extra rush charge which is really, really helpful in a lot of situations. Finally, he has rush immunity that gives him a defense boost for every rush used which is also extremely helpful. He has other good star cards but those three are the best imo. Anyway, I know this vid was on Vader but I just wanted to point that out. Like I said earlier nice vid, keep up the good work.

My favorite character is Kylo Ren. He is a relatively quick character with a decent amount of health, and his force freeze ability is really useful.

I don't know how it is on other systems but on PS4 if you hold your block button and activate focused rage you actually maintain the block while your sabre isn't raised. When you block blasters it looks like Vader is doing the Wonder woman thing he did to han on cloud city. I personally use the focused rage as a defensive tactic, blocking 3 heroes attacks in hvv or 10 infantry blasters in galactic assault then when my stamina is just about broken activate focused rage and slow down or even retreat if there is no one around to help. As far as the cards go I would like to suggest that the bonus health card really isn't necessary if you're playing Vader effectively and getting kills to Regen the otherwise permanently lost health you get on the battlefield. A fantastic alternative is the card that increases your lightsabre throw range. Maxed out you may as well be holding a blaster that can boomerang back. The increased range also greatly increases the use of the return strike because even if the first hit doesn't land, because the sabre flies further and therefore longer you have more time to readjust your position so that when your sabre returns it strikes your target. Makes for some pretty fancy sith trick shots especially with the increased damage card however I don't see that card as being useful enough to equip over the health per kill or damage resistance cards those 2 are a must have in my opinion

This one time I was Vader. I’m already pissed off because my team is trash. I’m 7k points ahead of second. I’m the target, alone and all four of the heroes are charging me. I just activate focused rage and kill all four of them instantly also using saber throw. Three seconds top. My team arrives later to me saying ‘I find your lack of faith disturbing’ also man I love your videos. They’re so good. I was just looking for any extra tips for him. Keep up your amazing work

As I never play HvV I tend to run with "There's no escape", "Dark lord", and swapping between "Furious resilience" and "Deflection Stamina". There's no escape IMO paired with Darklord allows Vader to easily get back health from more or less poking the enemy and getting easy kills because they never expect the saber to reach so far. Deflection Stamina at first I thought was good but now with so many people running explosive/supercharged sentry and wookie bowcasters It kinda feels redundant with that extra stamina since they'll simply overpower the block and wound me nonetheless.

Mr E I’ve had like..three times in a row, when I was simply unable to choke anyone on the other team. I think it has something to do with lag... 😓 If it works it’s my go to move, to choke half the life out of a hero, then force throw..and then finish him off by striking him with the saber..

I use my vader with furious resilience and the two force choke star cards, I usually get into situations when I fight more than one enemy and if they're rushing me then I catch them offguard with the choke and usually win

For close quarter maps vs regular infantry I'd rather go with both choking cards + health buff. You can one hit K-O groups of enemies with this set-up.

I personally wouldn't jump if I can help it, especially when around enemies. And i consider the slower glide on the downfall a negative. (Palpatine has a even slower fall as he glides down at a slower rate.) while you are in the air...you can not block. So you essentially open yourself up to being shot. The time you are falling...it is enough to be recked pretty badly, as enough people focusing you does tons of dps. And once you have jumped high, maybe off something and have a long glide down before you hit the floor...theres nothing you can really do about it till you land. So thats why I see falling slower as a down side overall.

I think for heroes v villians the star card where you do more damage while choking more people is a good star card. It’s kinda a personal choice. I use dark lord for galactic assault because i’m unkillable in heroes v villians. The max health is so amazing.

For me Vader is by far the best hero(villain) in HvsV, an almost unstoppable tank with the most powerful saber blows in the game. Sure he is slow, sure Yoda and luke will run like cowards from you Everytime but vader+ rage has no match in saber combat 1 vs 1 or 1 vs 2 without need to run from the enemy. On the other hand he is almost useless in GA. His force chocke is an insta suicide and half of the time you get bugged in chocke animation. They need to rebuild this ability from 0 to make it a menace, maybe the same with the ability to free move & defense yourself?
