Guys all measurements are written in the description. You can also make regular/traditional Lapsi by using broken wheat/Fada/Daliya instead of Quinoa as shown. The method remains the same.

Nahi, minerals aur proteins kabhi heat se destroy nahi hote. Kuch vitamins, sare nahi, destroy hote hain par har cheez kacchi nahi kha sakte isaliye cooking se bio availability badh jati hai. Waise bhi kacchi bhindi bahaut gandi lagti hai 😂
