Engineer, I don't agree with your assessment about Dr. Andebrhan qualifications to be the president of Asmara University What does it take to be the president of a country, defense minister, education minister so on. A politician does not have to be a technician to run a mimsrty of Engineering & and so on. How many medical doctors run the health mimsrty in the world? Nothing axe to grind
