I like to finish what I start. I wish some quizzes were shorter. Maybe 20 questions

I got 87. I have a few comments about some of the questions #40 - Meanwhile back at the ranch originated in silent films. I don't recall Bonanza ever having a narrator, or hearing that phrase while watching it. #78 - getting pinned didn't mean getting married. It meant giving your fraternity pin to your girl friend, and was a sign that you were going steady. #94 - I was saying "major" at least a year before Pretty in Pink came out, so it was already popular slang before 1984.

To bogart is to keep the joint all to yourself and not pass it around: pass the joint boggy!

Don't bogart that joint, my friend... pass it over That's pretty clear. They should have had the option "none of the above!"

The song "Don't Bogart That Joint" was performed by "The Fraternity of Men" and featured in the movie "Easy Rider"/ "Don't bogart that joint, my friend ... Pass it over to me."

Viola indeed!!!! FYI 'viola' is a flower: I think you mean the French word 'voila' (though there should be an accent on the 'a').
@AFmedic2 ай бұрын
ROFL Thank you! I thought I was the only one that caught that "faux pas". In the U.S. if the "i" in Viola is pronounced "ee" then it's the musical instrument. If the "i" is pronounced "eye" then it's the flower. The Viola is one of my favorite flowers because they looks like miniature Pansies.

Question #2 refers to Guy Lombardo. Baby Boomers didn't listen to Guy Lombardo. Question #2 refers to 1936, that is 10-years BEFORE the FIRST Baby Boomer was BORN.
