You know what this episode reminded me of, at least in the beginning, when towlie says "we need to use the "rest of it", so you're not throwing away your overhead, is, remember the episode of seinfeld, where they started ONLY selling top of the muffin and called the place "top of the morning to ya" or something like that, since noone ever really eats the rest of it, they only like the top, so, they're like, well, we have all these bases, that we're just throwing away. Quizzy, make sloppy joe from scratch and it's dank as hell - I never use manwich. Crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste, brown sugar, mustard, a splash of vinegar, red wine, worcestershire, garlic and onion powder, black pepper, salt, optional MSG, ground clove, ground coriander, minced (and then sauteed) vegetables - white onion, celery, orange or red bell pepper, and carrots. Preferably organic, free-range/pasture-raised ground beef - seasoned and browned, with some of the fat poured out. Sunflower lecithin to make the remaining beef fat mix in better with the water-based compounds. Potato buns. And I'm sure there's some other ingredients I can't think of right now but that's pretty much all there is to it.
