I don't think God almighty will swallow the devotion of people who are worshipping Him the wrong way or in the wrong path . Because the notion of Shirk is the worst that God wouldn't forgive in the day of judgement . I would've liked brother Allye did bring up the concept of Fitrah that every human being is born with . But what's for sure , Allah wants us to worship Him not how we wants or on a will based on our desires and inspirations but worship Him the way that He wants .

So it's rather a test. Allah already know what will happen to him ,but our minds cannot comprehend why if he knows then why is he on planet earth just to make sins and then suffer? He knows best. don't forget.., Allah knows the most our brain full capability in seeking the truth. And so, he knows the most whether we are already have that kind of devotion to seek the truth. He judge based on his knowledge, not based on our assumption about our "devotion". So back to the term "devotion", are they already enough to answer what have God tell to us "Didn't they think?!" as something that refers to the capability of each individual potential to seeks the truth. So, be careful with that kind of idea brother. Don't be so save by the thought "I've tried" or "I've devoted". What if God in His Wisdom and knowledge only judge that as an excuse. He gives us so many simple think to thought, so many easy think to understand, yet we still denied. And then to think it would be that easy to answer it by just "I've tried" or "I've devoted my life as much as I capable".. Is it save to have this kind of assumption?! I don't think what Dr. Shabir is wrong. I even see it in a more deeper meaning and deeper understanding, but something would be misunderstood by others by lenient excuse. Dr. Shabir's idea based on the idea "each person's capability in doing something". But do each of us really know our limit or do we only make an excuse for the devotion as if "we've tried our best". Meanwhile, the clues, the signs, and teaching Allah send, most of them are not that hard to understand, yet we still chose other intrepretation, not sincerely surrender to what God's shows us.., and then says : I've tried, and ask Allah would tolerate it?! Allah judge based on his wisdom and knowledge, and He is the omniscient and most wise, he knows what inside our heart. He will judge based on that knowledge. Not based on our excuse. That's why, thought what Dr. Shabir seems so easier to understand, and easier to do, don't misinterpreted it for lenient excuse. Be careful, brother. We only have one life, means, only one chance. When we dies, when we knows He judges us as "no enough", and then ask for second life for another chances, but there's will no more. But still, that much is still in each of person's capability. That why God gives us brain to think things. And just like Allah ask in Qur'an : afala ta'qilun... "Didn't they think"!

So beautiful. I wish all Muslims understood this. Paraphrasing “whether you have attained to faith from this revelation (qu’ran), the Christian scriptures, Torah or the Sabians, ALL who believe in ONE God, in judgement and who do good deeds on this earth, shall not fear nor shall they grieve”. Such a powerful message of oneness. I often think of people many thousands of years ago, living in caves. Did they not have warners? Of course! And there is much evidence they believed in a creator and in an ‘afterlife’. They will be judged according to what they knew and their deeds, as we will. Thank you, I always enjoy your videos.

So travel throughout the land and see the fate of the deniers! (Quran 16 : 36) Your Lord would never destroy a society until He had sent to its capital a messenger, reciting Our revelations to them. What I think is that Allah has mentioned names of the prominent prophets sent to the Arabian peninsula and its surrounding region because the Qur'an was revealed in Arabia and to the Arabs. So, to validate the stories mentioned in the Qur'an the places of those prophets must be accessible for the Arabs to go and see. For the word of the Qur'an to be spread, the Arabs should believe & understand it in the first place. Once the understood it they took it with them to all corners of the planet.

Totally dissatisfying answer. When God sends a prophet to a nation, it doesn't mean he wants every individual of that nation to be a muslim, but rather to inform them about His scheme of things in this world...and clearly it's a right of every nation, in any territory and in any era to have God's guidance which they can follow according to their own free choice.

The feeling of mercy that we aspouse in our heart is his, that he's given us. And how we view morality is obviously different than other creatures, and each creature sees things differently. Point being, the question about God being wise enough while he's bestowed upon us wisdom, him being tolerant enough while he's bestowed upon us tolerance, him being moral enough while he's bestowed upon us morality, is different than other creatures, this obviously wouldn't make sense as He'd be the pinnacle of all these lofty attributes. But i do understand what you're saying, as different religion has mutually non exclusive claims and all can't be right, so the ones who'd have followed an incorrect understanding, assumption would be they are at a disadvantage and likely to suffer. But just as he's the most wise, most patient, most merciful. He's also the most just. When a verdict would be pronounced on his creation. The creation would fully understand and accept what they did was right or wrong. Similar to when someone is in a court of law and he's fully aware of his error, and his conscience accepts his wrong doing, and he doesn't feel being wronged after the verdict is passed on him.

This is a great response. I believe Islam was last because in the time where Islam is the accepted, its harder to find someone who doesn't know Islam than do. It will come down to the individual's longing for knowing God. Where the prophets were doesn't matter, what matters is whether or not YOU got the message. These days we have social media and fast travel anywhere. Everyone has gotten the message of islam in some way or another. But were you interested enough to listen, or did you care enough to learn. Edit: And for some, Islam may not click with them, but if their reason is justified, and based on truth, then that is between them and Allah. The longing to know God has to be present though I believe.

I told God I was nicer than he was and if was someone different to the one I had been taught about, He had a week to show up, which would be no problem for God. Amazingly enough, He did! God saw into the heart of me and every human and such Love and Light flowed from this All-knowing, All-Loving being. I could "see"/feel the Love for ALL, like a mother who was proud of the fumbling efforts of her toddlers as they learn and grow. All peoples have had divine provision made to know the path intended for us. Jesus made it simple to remember: Love God and do unto others as you would have them do unto you. It seems the fundamentalists of the Abrahamic faiths have appointed themselves our 'religion rules police' and miss the vital heart transformation when we say "yes" to Love. Once that occurs, our actions toward one another becomes more loving, caring, respectful because we see other as self having a different human experience.

I like when said God has more tolerance than humans, he will accept other paths as well. But I don't think any Mulla Muslims accept this theory. Anyway who are we to judge and assume what God thinking is and what God really wants..... all Religions are associated with Politics and Business, so credibility of any religion is highly questionable. If these priests, Mullahs, popes and Aethists stop brainwash people they can see the real God thru Science and conciousnes

We should see in history and geographical. Now we knows the area as middle east back then the area was knows as middle earth. Look at the maps the areas at the centre of world, connecting asia, africa and europe through middle east. Not to mention the areas also have earlier civilization like mespothamia, Egyptian and jews state. Allah knows better than us, Allah send most of the prophet at middle east because people around the world connecting each continent through them. This make easy to prophet spreading their teaching.

I just wonder what will a Buddhist do during the judgement day - 1. I do not believe in blind beliefs of any religion. 2. I do not believe in any existence of the supreme creator God. 3. The judgement day is a means to create fear and uncertainty to enforce the blind beliefs amongst the followers.

well many believe ppl such as zoroaster, buddha, socrates, aristotle, shiva, krishna, ganesha, confucious, etc were prophets since they are all wise sages from persia, india, greece, china etc. But either way another question is why doesnt god just keep sending prophets till end of time instead of one book we dont even know whether its true. PPl of the past get to witness miracles of a staff becoming a snake, but we dont.

As a Muslim I've always found it deeply uncomfortable due to the middle-east-centric view of the world by the biggest religions. And that all of the prophets were sent here. It's like the rest of the world and any culture that isn't semitic is just treated with insignificance. If prophets were sent around the world, why are they the one's who are omitted? Why is the middle east given an inflated value compared to the rest of the world?

@@adkh5826 Yes exactly though the quran does say it sent a prophet to every ? or almost every nation through history so the mayans, greeks, aztecs, polynesians, incas, vikings etc would all have some prophets. If we look at scandinavian figures such as thor, loki they were considered gods just as krishna, rama, shiva, hanuman are godly in india. Perhaps they were prophets according to quran ? As to the middle east inflated value, i guess some would say the direct audience of the quran were the arabs who would have only been acquanited with the biblical figures thus the emphasis. Surah 36 for instance mentions 3 nameless prophets. WHy didnt it name them ? Who knows ?
