Great instructor! Thank you so so much, great help. I was losing my mind here at 3:47am still working on this. I spent hours searching for more detailed instructions w video or a tutorial to assemble the Zinnia jacket which has 8 pieces, like 3 sentences explaining assembly and a couple pics in completed stages. I put the center back together and couldn't figure out how to attach the side back/ front or center front. The cutouts for the size chosen seem super big and long wondered why so many pieces. No instructions for a back vent, or box pleats (There will definitely be a lot of flair at this rate) no sleeve vent, no notches darts, or details abt the collar, no lining just interfacing and French seams. A beautiful design and a blessing it was a free download. Was looking for a duster coat of some kind that cinched the waist with sharp seams, was long length, and had that flair matrix cape look when you walk. I'm not a beginner but was overwhelmed confused and lost and didn't want to ruin my fabric I cut out 2 different fabrics for this project assuming it would be so easy to put together and such a gorgeous piece why not make 2. Figured I could take breaks in between and get some other things done around the house. I spent more time stuck trying to find out how to put it together all day. it's 4am Thank God I finally found you. I can't stand leaving projects incomplete once I start. This helps so much. Thank You again

😂 I feel your frustration. My head twists with the undercollar. I've only done one before, turned out fine but I can't remember how I did it, do you sew undercollar to outside neck, and which fabric side, right or left ..still unsure!

most of the places your fabric is red on one side and white on the other, whereas it is red on both sides. Pls. pattern pls.

The fabric is interfaced with a white fusible interfacing which has been pressed onto the fabric. This is why the fabric is a different colour on the inside.
