A totally useless vacuum and avoid at all costs. I am saying this in 2020, you will lose suction after so many uses. You then have a look at the hoses, and they are all clear, you look at the holes that you can get to and unblock those. However, you still do not have much suction. You then have to unscrew the ball holder and prize apart the hose from the unit so that you can clear extra blockages, which some people might not be able to do, such as the elderly. You also have to clean the filter regularly. The vacuum is also pretty useless on a carpet, you need to spend more money to get a muscle head attachment. A robotic vacuum cleaner is even better than this.
