This is the machine you buy and you actually find good use for it. I bought it last week and I recommend it for anyone. Perfect boiled eggs every time

Totally recommend these machines. Really works and takes the hassle out of eggs. Even if you are only using it for boiled eggs it's worth it, no messing with pots of boiling water and guessing when it's cooked.

If you don't put some butter or oil before putting in the eggs to poach, you'll be scraping them off. Still, quite an entertaining and helpful video.

Hi, I was very excited about finding one at a thrift store, but it came with no cup or instructions, just the plastic egg holder for the eggs to sit in. I was wondering, would you be able to measure the actual liquid amounts for the soft, medium & hard eggs? That way I can put the appropriate water requirements for each choice. Thank you in advance 🙏😊

The Dash Egg Cooker we have available on the market today says to not lock the lid. Mark said in the video that he locks the lid on his appliance. I wonder what the instruction manual had to say, if anything, about locking the lid.

Jelena Časar how much time and water ? thank you in advance 🌺
@naoren59575 жыл бұрын
@@xxLaBarbieNegritaxx I put it in the biggest part, not too much rice and enough water to cover it (in the bowl part). And water for steaming - same as hard boiled egg. But it is still a little hard (maybe undercooked? Or maybe should pour more water in the bowl? Not sure), although I like it like this I'm not sure if you will. You can try.

Poached egg should not be hard foe eggs Benedict. All you need is a saucepan with water and a little vinegar in it bring it to the boil, stir it whilst it going gentle around crack an egg into it.

So now show me how to use it to cook 2 Soft Boiled Eggs please, Because I can with my 15 year old one. This is the good point about a machine to do One job simply because mine came with a measure showing me how much water for the number of boiled Eggs I want. Include that and it would be a better product? 4 Boiled Eggs anyone?

Who wants odd shaped Poached Eggs? I can do mine in Plain Water in a Pan, I can do mine in cups in a Microwave? Eggs Benedict are supposed to be Poached in Water with a dash of White Vinegar, They are supposed to have the slight Vinegar taste? So I have no idea what to call yours? Eggs like Benedict? The timings will stay the same the Omelettes regardless of what you put in them as you always use the same amount of Water. To be honest I normally use a small frying Pan for Omelettes because my 15 year old version of this did not come with a Poached or Omelette tray. And I prefer to fresh cook what I want in an Omelette then just add the Eggs to cook? Mine holds 7 but for 2 people for breakfast I can cook 2,3 or 4 Boiled Eggs. And Breakfast Omelette for 2? I get out the Bigger Frying Pan. I must admit I use mine mostly for Med/Hard Boiled Eggs for Pickling. I set it off and do something else whilst waiting for the Alarm, Sort those Eggs out the set it off with a second Batch.

@Dvy3832 жыл бұрын
Even the most basic cook knows that you don't cook an egg hotter than 170-180 deg F. Otherwise it's tough and rubbery. This cheap machine cooks at 212 deg F. Maybe okay for a dorm room, but do you really want to clutter your kitchen with something that cooks tough rubbery eggs?

Why are american eggs so white
@starr24357 жыл бұрын
Tara McGirr What?!?!?!
@RaymondYocum-uw5hd6 жыл бұрын
Not all American eggs are white. It depends on the breed of chicken. They probably used white eggs because they look better on camera. They taste the same regardless.
Those things are NOT poached eggs! They're rubberised eggs. In a true poached egg, the white is light and delightfully fluffy. Those look more like car tyres 👎

His "perfect" poached egg is completely overdone. It's bouncing around when he drops it on the plate like a rubber ball. Poaching eggs can be difficult to get right but it is easy with a pot and hot water to get it as wrong as he has. Just over-cook it. Simple. Plus, poached eggs with Hollandaise, toast and strawberries. This guy clearly has no idea. Save money - over cook your eggs without this machine.
